Sanlorenzo SD126 and SL86 make their Asian Premiere at the Singapore Yacht Show 2019, with integrated Rolls-Royce display

Two stunning Sanlorenzo models – the SD126 and SL86 – recently made their Asian Premiere at the Singapore Yacht Show 2019, where they were received to great acclaim. These two yachts were true head turners at the show, with added luxury thanks to a display of two cutting-edge all-wheel technology drive models from Rolls-Royce, Sanlorenzo’s bespoke car partner.

A special Sanlorenzo Art Soiree was held at the yacht show, playing host to guests and partners who gathered to celebrate the special debuts of the SD126 and SL86. Both yachts were beautifully decked out, with Baccarat, Krayon Watches, Neima Sitawi and Frette brands for an added dose of finesse. The noted Amanda Wei Gallery flew in specially to create a bespoke onboard exhibition for guests with their exclusive art works and sculptures – adding extra allure and a nod to Sanlorenzo’s continuing commitment to the worlds of art and design. Guests were treated to an evening of fine champagne, sponsored by Taittinger, and canapes by our friends from Coriander Leaf. The evening then proceeded with individual one-on-one onboard tours with Simpson Marine’s experienced brokers.

The SD line flagship SD126 is a four-deck motor yacht, constructed from composite, which shares family resemblance with its stylish sisters but stands out thanks to a few noteworthy updates. These include the main saloon terrace, which opens up the interior to the sea below, while the 12-seater dining saloon can fully open out to the aft deck, seamlessly linking the outside and inside spaces.

On the other hand, the SL86 is a great representation of Sanlorenzo’s SL line – a combination of signature styling with new innovations and an unparalleled level of customisation within its category. The interior of the SL86 is generous and designed to draw in more natural light, bringing out a new freshness and a bright vibe. An interior staircase leads up to the flybridge, which is covered by a hydraulic hardtop for ample shade and has plentiful space for guests to enjoy the welcoming Jacuzzi if desired.

The successful debut of these two Sanlorenzo designs shows the market’s continued positive reception towards Sanlorenzo’s bespoke quality and tailor-made craftsmanship. It is no wonder that numbers of Sanlorenzo yachts around Singapore and Asia keep growing.

The SL86 will be making her Southeast Asia tour in the next few months. Contact us at sanlorenzo@simpsonmarine.com for more information about this beautiful superyacht.
